before anyone gets extremely excited, TAT2 toys is a totally fictitious toy company that i made up in my head.
1 of the numerous animal man related projects i cooked up was "what if i had a toy company that made animal man action figures".
so, i decided to put together a new series each month.
i would hunt down superhero micros to use as visuals.
if i couldn't find a micro, i would find actual cover and interior art from the comics to use.
well, now that i've found this site, this seems to be just as good of a place (if not the best place) to post my animal man action figure line.
keep checking back for new series' to be added.
series 1 will be up soon.

this just in,
with the huge success of dc comics animal man action figure from there 52 line, independent toy company, TAT2 toys will be producing an on going animal man action figure line.
so far up to 6 series' have been planned.
this is great news for long time animal man fans.
disclaimer: this is totally fictitious. in no way am i trying to imply that i, or TAT2 toys, is producing animal man action figures. this is meerly a "fan fic" type of project for me.
i will be displaying the list of what figures will be in each series and try to provide somekind of visual for each.
all characters and likenesses are copyright/trademark of dc comics.

animal man series 1: the morrison years b'wana beast w/ removable helmet and trench coat craft e. coyote w/ scroll red mask w/ removable mask mirror master w/ mirror pistol the agents (2-pack) w/ stun pistols     sorry, no picture was available for the agents. bonus: collect proofs of purchase from all 5 series 1 figures and recieve a limited edition 2-pack of the man w/ animal powers vs the living nightmare.

animal man series 2: the morrison years animal man (black costume) w/ claw hand vixen psycho pirate w/ removable medusa mask freedom beast     bonus: collect proofs of purchase from all 4 series 2 figures and recieve a limited edition 2-pack of animal man battles "the mod gorilla boss".  extra bonus: send in bar codes from the man w/ animal powers vs the living nightmare and animal man battles "the mod gorilla boss" 2-packs that say "0000 000 00 0000" for an extremely limited edition grant morrison figure.

this just in,
TAT2 toys recalls it's b'wanna beast figure from series 1.
as press release states that a "packaging defect" is the reason.
the figure will be re-issued w/ may's series 3 at no cost for anyone trading in the recalled figure.

TAT2 toys will take unopened and loose figures. however, i'm willing to bet any unopened 1's will be worth a bit of $$$ after this.  |
