I started this thread so everyone can share any interesting storylines or ideas they had about Animal Man and his family.
I'll start.
I thought it would be interesting if when Animal Man accessed two animals at the same time it would have a real world (comic world) consequence. For example if he used the speed of a cheeta and the flight of a eagle, somewhere a winged cheeta is born as a result. Kinda like when B'wana Beast uses his powers.

buddy has used 2 animals at once before.
not sure if this was intended or if it was just an oversight in writing and editing.

This is hilarious. I was literally just about to ask if he could use two at once.
We will definitely have to clear up his power situation in the RPG.

i say, he should be able to use no more than 2 at a time as long as they don'y cancell each other out.
example: buddy uses a birds flight ability and realizes that he needs to fly faster. thinking the speed of a cheetah would work, buddy then plummets to the ground.
*cheetahs don't fly*

The cool thing about this RPG is, we can expand everyones powers to what we think they should be.
Animal Man, for example, could be able to use the speed of a cheetah with the ramming power of a ram or bull. Add into that the jumping power of a flee, and now he is able to evade any retaliation.

SO the prologue can end anytime. I have sent everyone a PM regarding it.
Also, since I've been told by a certain someone *coughbgpcough* that "The Buddy System" sounds lame, anyone want to help come up with a new title for the new chapter?

Props to Minop for closing out the Prologue, I think we should each give him an exalt  Minor thing - I don't think Brion is at the house yet, as he was ret-conned. Other than that, I loved it. Very good interaction, definitely get a nice, friendly feeling with this group. I agree we should title each chapter, and I can edit the main thread title to reflect that. Not sure if I should start off the next chapter or not, but if someone feels like going ahead with it, feel free. Perhaps we could split into teams or something? |

Although I didn't start this thread to necessarily talk about the RPG, I think it's a good idea instead of having -chatter- in the story. What does everyone else think?

I agree, lets keep the RPG clean and use this thread instead.
Plus, you know, when we get this published by DC, it will be easier to navigate right? lol.
I'll give a shot at starting the next chapter. If anyone has any suggestions for me either before or after the fact, please let me know. I don't mind editing at all.
