I thought we could discuss upcoming appearances of Buddy in DC Comics so we won't miss out on an issue. Besides starring in the Rann/Thangar Holy War series Buddy will be in an upcoming issue of JLA... Tarzan Boy, This is too good to be true, it seems that Buddy is really popular now! Look, the Justice League of America needs him! I suspect Buddy will be a regular (  ) in Vixen's upcoming solo series too. They share the same powers (less or more) and Vixen needs Buddy's popularity in order to conquer readers. |

The cover is frightening! One of the best depictions of Animal Man, in my book. (look at the boots, they are ondulatory again ;D). |

This is awesome.
I still remember JLA #1, where Batman was like "I'd rather have Buddy than Vixen."
I think this character will only go up from here on out. Plus, now hes got his very own RPG ;D

other than his part in rann/thanagar:holy war and upcoming jla, i don't think anything else has been solicited.
he could always pop up in final crisis somewhere.

Here's the scoop. According to Brian Bolland from an article at comicbookresources.com he's doing covers for a "little run of Animal Man". "To wrap up, what can you tell us about your upcoming work? Well, at the moment, I’m regular cover artist on “Jack of Fables,” which is a Vertigo book. I’m supposed to be doing a series of “The Sprit” covers. And they’re going to do a little run of “Animal Man,” and I think there’s also going to be a Zatanna series that I’ve done one cover for. We’re doing a deluxe edition of “Camelot 3000” which I did first for DC, and I have to turn in a new cover for that. So I’m cover guy for the moment, but there are all sorts of other projects which I kind of have in mind -- maybe one which is a little more commercial and maybe others that would be commercial death for me that no one would actually buy.
