So the RPG has now officially started: The Buddy System.
I hope the name works for everyone. There is a few meanings behind it: First off, Buddy is the main man, so obviously there is that. Second, its all about heroes helping heroes. Third, since we ourselves will be working together on this, it also fits on that level too.
Rules + Guidelines:

When posting, there are a few "Tags" I like to use to keep stuff simple. Put these in the "Title" or "subject" heading above the post.
Post - indicates you using your hero(s). Written in 3rd person. See the intro post for what this means. The entire post would fit under the "Post" category
ICC - In Character Chatter - This is your hero talking to another hero in game. A convo between two players characters. Say Buddy is asking Mari a Q, this is where it would happen if two different people are using these characters (say myself and BGP for example). First person communication.
Chatter - Out of character talk between us, in regards to the RPG etc. This is not a part of the story, but just us talking to each other.
One post can have all three of these things in itself potentially. Just separate them with ------- sort of things.
Posts:
Locations - I like to put the location where things are happening right at the beginning, so we know where stuff is going on. If locations change in a post, separate them by a line --------, then list the new location after the line (can also be seen in the intro post).
Characters:
PC - Player Characters. This will be your main character(s) in the RPG. These are yours to use for the majority of the time. If someone else needs to use one for any reason, they must have permission first (so things make sense, see Other).
NPC - Non Player Characters. Any character not specifically "claimed" by anyone else. Use at will. Again tho, make sure it makes sense to use them.
Killing Characters - while I hate seeing anyone die in comics, it happens. If you wish to kill someone off, make sure it is approved beforehand. This goes for any mainstream heroes and villians. If you make a custom and off them, no prob. Also, if its some super minor threat, like a bank robber or something, you don't need permission.
Other:
Post length can be as long or as short as you like. I also like to use different colours for the different characters speech, but you don't have to.
Make sure stuff makes sense - This is the only other major thing I can think of. Basically, don't have one hero in various locations at once. For example, if one person is using Buddy, Geo-force and Vixen in Africa, another person can't use Buddy, Reddy and Rex in the US. Stuff like that.
