I remember Blue Jay being in Justice League Europe, but I don't know anymore about him.

In the RPG, although I don't know if we stated it, he can both grow and shrink. Poacher will be dealing more in depth with his powers later on.

well, it's been said that blue jay was created as a homage to hank pym's yellow jacket.
so it wouldn't surprize me if he could go that big.
i have seem him go very small before though.

Not sure if he "can" grow that big, in the comics, but as far the RPG itself goes, he can grow and shrink. Just makes it more interesting, rather than having an Atom rip-off on the team  |
